To Sziget: Walk to Blaha Lujza square (7 minutes). Take the red metro to Deli PU. Get out at Batthyanyi Ter and switch to the HEV train (or the Szigetboat) to Sziget and get out at  Filatori Gat (Sziget). Another option is: Walk to Blaha Lujza square (7 minutes).Take tram 4-6 to Moszkva Ter. Get out at Budai Hidfö and take the same HEV train to Sziget. You can also take this route at night. Tram 4-6 takes off every 2 minutes during the day and every 10-15 miuntes at night.

HOTEL BENCZUR
Decent 3 star hotel in Embassy District, very close to Heroes Square (5 minute walking distance) and the City Park (Szechenyi Spa). You can reach Sziget within 35 minutes. The antique metro 1 to the inner city is only a 5 minute walk and Liszt Ferenc square and the heart of Budapest nightlife are at 15 minute walking distance. There's a shuttle bus from the hotel to the festival (ride takes about 10-15 minutes)

To Sziget: Walk 5 minutes to Andrassy utca (corner Bajza utca)take the yellow M1 metro on the other side of the road towards Vörösmarty ter. Get out at Oktogon and take tram 4-6 to Moszkva ter, get out at Budai Hidfö (other side of the Danube) and take the HEV train to Filatori gat (Sziget entrance).
